Refund policy

Digital downloads

Every VibeTemplates product is a digital download delivered instantly after checkout. Because you get the full files straight away, all sales are final once your files have been delivered, and we don't accept returns or exchanges.

By buying, you agree to immediate delivery of the digital files and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once they're delivered. Every template has a live preview and screenshots, so you can see exactly what you're getting before you buy.

Faulty templates

If a template doesn't work as described, email [email protected] with your order receipt and a short description of the problem. We'll help you get it running or fix the template.

If the template is faulty and we can't fix it, we'll give you a full refund to your original payment method.

Updates

Template updates are free for life. Re-download the latest version from your download page, or email us with your receipt and we'll resend it.
